Fixed the issue with PCS not being usable on Soldiers.
Cleaned up some abilities and changed a few around.

- Class Stats have been balanced better and should be more unique to each role now.

- Fixed Technician's hacking stat, they should now be correctly working in the game!
- Fixed various stats across all Classes and they should all be ranking up correctly with the intended stats.

- Pistols should now be working correctly for the Classes that carry them (Operator, Point Man, Corpsman, Sniper).
- Classes tweaked slightly for balance, they should resemble the Vanilla classes more closely in 'roles' with their stats.

***Note: Still fixing up the GTS, I don't recommend using the Class skills in it right now but feel free to use Squad upgrades, etc, as they have been untouched and work as normal.***

An update that changes the names and descriptions on some of the abilities, most notably on the Point Man. A couple of abilities moved around (Remote Start is now gone from the Point Man).

Vanilla Classes added back into the Mod for a total of 11 Classes!
