Major update to the main map.

-Skybox is now the same as gm_lilystruct_v2

-Grass now has a better texture

-Added bridge over water

-Flipped fence

-Added benches to spawn area

-Added turned-off cagelights to certain areas (Possible hint at a night version.)

-Snowy area now has snowfall

-Several geometry fixes/updates

-Added sidewalk to sides of the prison

-Added "Nova Prospekt" sign to the outside of the prison

-Added buttons to open/close cell doors in the prison

-Added railings to top platform in the prison

-You can now walk on "top" of the map

-Changed "Lily room" to have a more optimized design
