--Added boats for Raven too --Neighbor Manager improvements --Moved construction site and concert just a tad for balance --More avoidance boxes and few trees removed to hopefully help AI drivers navigate the map better (they're still not perfect, as they need more AI logic improvements from the dev itself)

--Changed Eagle's main spawn --Made the AI prioritize fighter planes, for more constant dogfighting --Decreased spawn time of fighter planes by 5 seconds --Moved each tank from initial base to other flags (as suggested in the comments section) --Moved City's capture point --Removed a few (unnecessary) trees and grass to improve performance a little bit more --Very minor tweaks
