Minor Mexico flag fix

Updated for HOI IV 1.7.

Extremely minor fixes

Lithuania keeps now keeps its ducal flag when the German aligned party switches from authoritarian democrat to social conservative.

Mexico's totalist faction now keeps the Mexican Revolution's flag instead of changing the flag to a more communist version. I've done this because the totalists don't always establish a dictatorship and the country can elect a different party after the totalists win (if I remember correctly, if not please correct me).

New USA flags. I apologize for being blunt, but the person who made the alternative USA flags for 49/50/51 states did an apalling job. This has been fixed here.

I will look into updating some other countries' flags after playing through the update a little bit. Good luck!

Illyria flag fixed
New new Poland flag! I decided the one I made yesterday wasn't very good, so I remade it and I think the new one looks very good. I hope you enjoy :)

Bohemia flag fixed – Unfortunately it was set to an incorrect one.
Sardinia's initial flag set to the Savoy Kingdom of Italy's flag. This will be changed to the Sardinian-Piedmontese flag if they accept their lesser position in an Italian Confederation, giving up their claim to the greater Italian throne.
