Re-done terrain generation so there are terrain artifacts like odd horizontal land pieces; erroneous lakes etc.

Rivers will be much longer now and will not flow into tiny lakes before the ocean.

Other miscellaneous tweaks.

Version 2.1

Bugfix: Forces the Azimuthal script to use Firaxis's old AssignStartingPlots script from the Summer patch. Civs will no longer spawn in weird locations like the South Pole or too close to one another.
