Version: 1.15

- Updated for latest patch.
- New versioning names to make things more clear.
- Louen's Royal Insignia skill effect has been added to Louen's Clarion Calls skill.
- Dwarf Mason skill revised: is now 2 skill levels, reduces building cost for all buildings in the region, and reduces construciton time of main settlement buildings by 1/2.
- Adjustments/balancing for Dwarf Veneration skills to try and make the weaker ones more competitive.

Festag V1

- Removed my old Red Skill changes/red skills.
- Integrated Mixu's Gods of the Empire into the mod. Thanks Mixu for the go-ahead!
- Kept campaign skill changes and made additional teaks.
- Added a Mountaineering skill to Belegar, which adds +12% ranged damage and -15% upkeep reduction to Rangers.
- Moved unique skills for all lords to the second line, shifting around skills for various lords as neccesary.
- Dwarf Ancestor Veneration skills had some rebalancing, such as the +100% ammo for miners/ironbreakers going to Morgrim. Grungni now grants +10% Physical Resistance to the army during subterranean battles.

- Vampire Lord skills replaced with new red skills from Bloodline lords.
- My Elite/Rank 7 skills for Vampire Counts have been replaced with the Bloodline rank 7 skills.
- Added a fix for Bloodline Red Skills, as they're missing the agent success chance effect (all skills on all lords reduce enemy agent success chance by 1%, this is missing on all new battle skills for the Bloodlines).
- Several campaign skills for Bloodline lords have been replaced (the same ones that normal lords get).

Resurgent v5
- Added support for lords from The Dukes of Bretonnia
- Added support for We'z Speshul lords.

Save-game friendly patch unless you are using those mods and playing as a race with one of those lords.

Resurgent v4
- Fixed Rank 91 bug.
- Boris Todbringer now has lightning strike.
- Made internal changes for compatability with Crynsos' Faction Unlocker and Mixu's Legendary Lords.
- Fixed issue where Battle Pilgrim ROR didn't benefit from Zealous Peasantry rank 7 skill.

Might not be save game friendly. If your save game breaks, then use the previous version of this mod (resurgent v3 in the manual download links).

Resurgent v3
- Added quartermaster skill to Vampire Lords.

This is technically not a save game friendly patch; however this will only matter for the Vampire factions. If you aren't playing as one then it won't matter very much.

Changes:
- Giant Slayers now get the Rank 7 bonus.
- Frost Wyrm RoR now get the Rank 7 bonus.
- Mammoth RoR now get the Rank 7 bonus.

General Notes:
- New Rank 7 skills for Norsca.
- Added Renowned and Feared to the end of the Norscan campaign skill line. Moved Spawn of Chaos to unique skills as its own skill with a minimum of rank 20.
- Added Anniversary Regiments of Renown to rank 7 skills.
- Removed rank 7 chaos skill text for Beastmen about affecting chaos giants.
- All vampire lords should now have quartermaster.
- Chillgeissts now affected by the right rank 7 skill.
- Deepwood scouts now affected by the right rank 7 skill.
- Venerating Smednir now grants +1 oathgold per turn. However this skill no longer grants an upkeep reduction for Warriors, Longbeards, Hammerers and Ironbreakers.
- Battle tactician Ranger buff now equivalent to the old Belegar/Runelord-specific Ranger skill. The upkeep reduction skill is still exclusive to Belegar.
- Flagellant buffs have been added back into red skill like for Arch lectors and Volkmar (previously I made them exclusive to Volkmar).
- Vet state trooper now affected by the right rank 7 skill.

Changes/Buffs to Vanilla Skills:
- The Oath of Forging (lord oathgold skill) now has 3 levels, each level adding +1 oathgold.
- The Master of the Forge (runelord/runesmith skill) now has 1 level, adding +3 oathgold.
- Previously the above two skills were swapped functionally, which didn't make much sense.
- Implemented a bugfix for the Oath of Forging skill (oathgold skill for normal/legendary lords). CA forgot to add the agent success chance increase/decrease to it, which means your lord is slightly more vulnerable taking this skill versus other skills.
