Happy Halloween!
It's hard to believe that Tales of Terror came out one whole year ago! But here it is, and with it's anniversary, comes a LARGE update!

Stores of the Blood Shrine Expansion
Update 4.0, Expansion Release

Hello everyone! I've been busy the past month preparing a large expansion that adds loads of new content and requested features. Here is a summary of what I've added:

CO-OP SUPPORT
That's right, it's here! While going through the doors still randomly take you places, you can equip a new feature called a "Map." Once you have a map you can choose what room to go to next so you can sync up your run with friends!
To get started, and learn more, go talk to the new NPC The Cartographer!

STORAGE ROOMS!
I'm sure your back is tired from carrying all that loot around, so if you've gathered enough gold, go talk to the Innkeeper and purchase a Room Key! The rooms can be found through the hallway doors just up the Tavern's stairs. Once you've bought your room, go talk to The Carpenter and buy some furniture!

The BLOOD SHRINE
The Blood Shrine can be found on a normal run, or you can go directly there from the beginning room if you have the Shrine Key. While it acts like a normal room, if you happen to find an Offering Skull, place it in the shrine and be prepared for a fight. If you manage to hack and slash your way through everything it can throw at you, you'll be rewarded with plentiful amounts of loot!

New Weapons!

-Added Tower Shield, Keep away even the toughest enemies!
-Added Spear Weaponry Tier, 3 new weapons unique for their melee range!
-Added Crossbow Weaponry Tier, 3 new weapons that share similarities with bows but have many unique abilities too!
-Added Flintlock Weaponry Tier, 3 new weapons that pack a punch in exchange for noise and reload time!

New Equipment!

-Added 3 new wearable storage items!
-Added Tinker's and Engineer's Goggles
-Added Encrypted Map
-Added Bracelet of Telepathy, Equip this to talk to other players across the map!

New Enchantments!

-Added 5 new rare enchantments that can be equipped on your bows and crossbows to enhance their abilities!

New Rooms!

-Added 10 new rooms, fight through never before seen area types and enemies!

And that's not all! Many more requested changes, class balancing, and other tweaks have been made!

What's Next?
On my Tales of Terror To-Do list I have several directions I want to go, but there will be a couple more content updates for things that got thought up while working, but weren't able to fit into the time frame. The next thing's we're looking at is an update to improve the difficulty curve for beginners, In-Dungeon quests and tasks, and a large amount of new clothes, both cosmetic and armor!

Update 3.0, New Weapons!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Additions
-Spiked Shield (Rare), First generic weapon!
-Executioner's Axe (Legendary), First mini-boss specific drop!
-Scrolls, Fire, Light, and Nature. If you can time the attack they do a lot of damage! Can be dropped by Cultists.

Improvements
-Once you choose your class, you can not choose another until you die! This will make your character more class specific and keep a more uniform look while also providing more diversity overall.
-Config Overriding, meaning that you no longer have to set zombie spawns to 1, it does that for you!

Fixes
-Fixed Water Ambience being heard in the Lava room

I had 6 new rooms planned, unfortunately I've been taken down by a virus so those will have to wait until im feeling better.
