• Blight Base Lv.0 Resist debuff to 30% (40%)

• Bleed Base Lv.0 Resist buff to 20% (10%)

Changes from previous version: Withstand Debuff resist replaced with Stun res. This just feels better on him. When comparing Intimidate to both vanilla PROT debuff skills and my own planned changes I realized that Intimidate's debuff was just too good. It also seemed redundant to have PROT reduction on the hardest hitting hero and on his only skill that can attack the backline foes, who usually don't have PROT. A fairly strong Speed debuff seemed more unique to my current/planned changes, useful against all enemies, more tank related, more helpful to the slow Leper himself, and generally better balanced without overshadowing other heroes.

Changes from previous version: Small buff to Solemnity's Stress heal at higher levels to 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 (4, 4, 5, 5, 6). Intimidate will not only break Guards but prevent the target from being Guarded by another enemy for 2 turns.

Explanation: I thought I had a strong idea of how to change the Leper, buff his weaker abilities, but as I reworked him several times trashing each draft or playtest I came to really appreciate just how well of a job Red Hook did with this hero. But finally I have found my preferred tweaks to his stats and abilities. Lowered his Blight resist and buffed his pitiful Bleed resist some. Kept his big hits and big whiffs but gave his primary attack an Acc buff once they reach Lv.3. This will give him an easier time in Veteran and Champion dungeons where he really needs it. Slight buff to Purge mostly its Knockback. Revenge should now be more useful but still lacks in fast-paced battles. 1 use, no need to waste turns after that and with less severe debuffs. Solemnity was the trickiest decision I made. Long story short after much debating I threw his self Stress heal on this skill but much weaker. Intimidate can be used from position 2 like all his other abilities, and now removes Guard rather than Stealth. It can be used to either weaken and soften the guardian enemy or expose the enemy being shielded, whichever needs to die more. With these changes Leper can have both Revenge and Withstand (if you use up 2 turns and 2 skill slots) to be a true powerhouse, his heal and stress relief skill only takes 1 slot now, and his harassment and shuffling abilities are improved as well. But he is still useless in the back (besides Solemnity usable at position 3), isn't quite as good at self protecting with less Resist buffs and a weakened stress heal, and will still whiff often enough.
