-replaced custom Strykers due to bug

-updated mod to be compatible with 12.1
-swapped out PMMD variants for other guns due to accuracy issues
-various additonal kit options
-integrated heli mod
-buffed LAT damage (300% increase)
-slightly increased RPG-7 armor penetration value
-increased AT-12 T damage and armor penetration to accruately reflect the capabilities of the rocket against even the most modern of MBTs
