Beta 0.9.1 Release
* Improve map coord scaling, resolves missing pins on Ragnarok Map and incorrect locations on other maps.
* Fix single player issue where tracking hud was not being cleaned up.
* Fixed error in single player that would cause client crash on exit.
* Added stasis manager while viewing dino.
* Fixed crash on exit for multi-player.
* Changed map source for a more consistent presentation.
* Moved Camera Closer on larger dinos.
* Updated UI Design.
