Important patch for server-side errors with objects added in last update

Changes:

- Fixed several objects not colliding on servers (missing "Has_Clip_Prefab false" line)
- Fixed an issue with the preview image in the ingame map selector
- Fixed the shark under suspension bridge being able to damage players walking on the bridge

Added a few more minor NPCs at severouralsk police station.

Added 150+ new objects the map. Ranging from environmental details like litter, posters, signs and decals, to medium and large sized props, staircases and openable objects, to environmental hazards like explosive propane tanks and barbed wire fences, to simply improved versions of existing models. The addtion of these things around the map will continue over the coming updates, although they are all in use already.

Added objects to replace lots of compound objects (objects made from several parts in the level editor,) improving performance as well as removed some unnecessary compound objects.

Removed/replaced many France related assets in preparation for the removal of France as required content. This will continue over the coming updates

Urals Updated! This update introduces quests, remastered locations, sharks, new wildlife and berries, Yeti related items, weapon tweaks, lots of bug fixes and a few other things! You can read the changelog below.

This is my first time making quests and interactable objects, I did quite of lot of testing to ensure it was stable in singleplayer, but as of yet its untested in multiplayer.
Therefore I'd greatly appreciate any bug reports/feedback, if you discover a bug please create a post in the steam thread or comment it!

- Added Vodka, which can be occasionally be looted in kitchens and heals the player

- Added more fish to catch and improved existing fish models

- Added new types of wild berries

- Added Ushankas

- Added Level Batching for improved performance

- Added drops to the Yeti, and related craftable items.

- Added more custom objects to replace placeholders in "ancient/ruins" locations

- Improved most caves around the map, adding custom modelled speleothems like stalagtites, stalagmites, flowstones and columns.

- Upgraded all custom crafting recipes to the new workstation crafting system

- Added Sharks (Thanks Rorik Bourg!)

- Replaced vanilla horde beacon drops with a custom spawntable. (thanks Arbuz!)

- Added chance for some greece military items to drop which were previously unavailable. (thanks Birikin!)

- Added beginning of the main questline (still very WIP, most missions are not accessible yet.)

- Added one of many sidequests to come, available from an endgame NPC, with a special reward!

- Changed and improved non-quest related NPC dialogue and notes to reflect changes to the storyline. + fixed some typos

- Readded some notes which went missing due to masterbundle implementation

- Updated the map's icons and preview images in-game and on the workshop

- Updated the GPS map due to lighting and location changes

- Improved the aesthetics of the town signs added in the previous update and made them destructible.

- Slightly Improved the Aesthetics of the Soviet Flags.

- Improved Shad Tchup ruins with a new layout and custom objects

- Remastered and Improved Urals Research Center with custom objects and layout

- Improved terrain and vegetation in several areas and replaced bushes in snowy areas with new snow versions

- Removed several leftover objects missing assets which were causing console error messages on servers.

- Fixed several custom objects missing "Clip" prefabs

- Fixed more misaligned, missing or misplaced objects around the map

- Fixed Town signs not creating effects when hit

- Changed the location name of Quarry

- Changed cobwebs to allow bullets to pass through and added custom cobwebs

- Fixed miscellaneous bugs found by players notably including a broken airdrop node, some floating objects and spawntable issues. (Thanks Apexone!)

- Military zombies have been readded to certain parts of Severouralsk

- A couple more mega spawns have been added to severouralsk

- Lowered volume of ambient sounds during foggy weather (thanks Limeinade!)

- Many tweaks to custom guns to make them more interesting/viable. For example, more pistols and even some SMGs can now be equipped in any hotkey slot, and allow you to sprint while aiming down sights. Large snipers and LMGs take longer to aim and will slow your movement speed while equipped, also durability, accuracy, sway and recoil has been tweaked on most guns.

- Changed Prizrak scope and ranger spotter nightvision colour

- Custom attachments, sights and magazines can now be salvaged

- Added Battering Ram, which can be used as a powerful melee weapon as well as its functionality during a specific quest.

- Fixed some bugs with the AV and AV corporate armor sets and made them salvagable

- The shotgun suppressor now has limited durability and will need to be repaired

- Tweaked the fisherman's trades

- Made the Visitor and Wanderer NPCs able to talk to the player.

- Removed the infamous Anomaly spawn behind Severouralsk Hotel due to animals being more prevalent on singleplayer (see difficulty config changes)

- Improved Borovoy Mill slightly

- Increased the price of Ranger Gas Can and chainsaw at makar

- Added Server Config Overrides for a few key settings such as max animal instances.

- Made Boss type megas able to spawn.

- Changed (nerfed) the OH-91 Dagger due to its new availability as a quest reward and generally it needed nerfing for singleplayer difficulty config.
