fixed duration of the Impale speed debuff,
added the PROT debuff to all Lightning skills and added an marked damage bonus to Lightning Bolt

I am the master of forgetting things, mark accidently only worked 1 round, it was supposed to be active for 2, fixed now.

fixed the duration to the riposte skill and added a mark self.

(the self mark was always supposed to be there but wasn't working due to a typo, spotted the typo and fixed it)

Color of madness rebalancing.

- adjusted duration of the Riposte skill to bring it in line with the new base game duration
- increased crit chance across the board to make it the same as the new base classes.
- whenever you crit you gain a buff to crit chance, just like the gravedigger.
- fixed the town art of the town event. (turns out it was broken from the start and nobody noticed)
- added the new stalling mechanic to the riposte skill to bring it in line with all the other non-damaging skills from the base classes

TO DO:
- fix in game sounds
- make the lightning based skills more intresting. (I'm thinking about adding a PROT debuff to all of them, not just the spear, probally buff the lightning spear in some other way, maybe give it a small damage bonus VS marked.)

small tweak to fix art of town event.

Reversed the changes, sound was broken it's fixed again now at it's original sound level, will atempt to lower it again later.
