- Base damage of Flamethrower is set to 1-2 for all tiers of Purifiers

- Spawn rates of late-game EXALT units are significantly reduced. The chances to appear are still higher than for other units, but players should expect more variety in enemy compositions
- One armor is added to tier 3 ADVENT Trooper on Legend difficulty level
