Felix's Wrath Patch
- Harshest Occupation law for occupied territories give full factories
- Higher tier of state (Large Cities, Metropolis, Megalopolis) building slot increased by 50% (from +25%) from vanilla
- USA Focuses bugfixes
- Italian National Focus for Fighter II can be taken before joining the Axis
- Doctrine XP cost lowered from 25 to 15
- Ground Attack values for planes have been put back on vanilla.
- HQ is now an unadultered way to get 40 width division with 9 Infantry Battalions: HQ Support Companies do not need any equipment.
- Armor Battalions HP has been increased in order to avoid a dead german panzer force at the start of every Barbarossa
- Soviet Medium Tank Designer -15% Production Cost has been removed and the bonus has been switched to the Great Patriotic War Idea
- Winter Offensive Event is now tied to the Great Patriotic War Idea
- German Medium Tank designers have been accomodated with MSPG bonuses in order to avoid fits of madness in the middle of the war.
- Canada National Focus "Aluminium Company of Canada" now gives 150 Bauxite in Alberta
- Small Steel Refineries have been removed in order not to confuse people
- Commonwealth gets less convoys than before.
- Dockyard production line can accept 15 dockyard again.
- Simplified starting ship production for majors.

- Civilian Factories, Steel Mills and Aluminium smelters IC cost back on vanilla values (instead of +50% cost)
- Air superiority malus back on vanilla values
- Reduction of the Army Experience Gain malus from the US Inexperienced Army Idea (from -75% to -50%)
- Italians and Japanese get Bersaglieri Special Units and Imperial Guards (higher recovery rate) but costing more Infantry Equipment.
- WW1 Lesson Doctrine added to prevent quick&easy doctrine switching.
- Various research bonuses to the additional Naval techs for USA, UK and Japan from their National Focuses.

- Germany gets Four Year Plan idea from Industrial Effort I granting Steel/Aluminium Mills and Synthetic Refinery construction speed bonus (+15%) for 4 years (also gives you Goering as Economic Minister)
- New German Focus: Atlantikwall giving Coastal Fort construction speed bonus for 100 days (available when at war against Soviet Union, England and USA)
- New German Focus: Endsieg, giving +25% Defense on Core territory when losing the war.
- New German Focus: Volkstruum, giving +2% Recruitable Population Factor, available when losing the war.
- Germany gets SS Battalion types (infantry, cavalry, motorized, etcc) that cost as much as Special Forces but have higher Morale Recovery Rate, Suppression and Attack in Cities.
- England gets a focus to integrate British Malaya.
- USA suffers army maluses through a new idea "Inexperienced Army" that can be lifted over time and with army experience (500)
- USA Isolation economic ideas give a penalty output and construction to dockyards.
