v0.7 : EXPERIMENTAL - Changed the way tier 1 luxuries spawn. Instead of single clusters will all the deposits in a certain region, there are now 3 regions for each luxuries. This should lessen the Heavy RNG tied to tier 1 luxuries spawns (ie : Jadonyx).
