Changelog:

General:

- Fixed a crash that would happen when the "get a cataphract" quest was called without the proper files.
- Fixed an issue where Crimson Court trinkets would show up as a reward in quests or on the Nomad Wagon in games without Crimson Court enabled.

Trinkets:

Slight rebalancing of some trinkets;

-- Reduced Withered Apple and Miracle Pelvis stats to be in line with other common class trinkets.

-- Slightly reduced the max HP on the Conter Strike.

-- Haunted Cubes now grant -20% Stun Resistance on top of its other effects. Will continue to monitor feedback in case it needs another look.

-- Slightly reduced the Move Resistance on the Scorched Saddle. Added a -20% Bleed Resist maulus.

With the new year comes a new look for the Cataphract, as well as some updates to his skills and trinkets. We hope you enjoy playing with him as much as we've enjoyed making him.

Cataphract changelog:

1.1 - Art Update

Art

Updated the Cataphract’s entire art assets to be more in line with Darkest Dungeon’s detailed character models. Every ability also has improved art and effects. This also means we can include a few more palette swaps in the future.

Abilities

- Thrust now moves the Cataphract forward 1 rank.

- Stampede has been renamed to Winnowing Volley. It now moves the Cataphract back 1 rank, and can be used in ranks 2, 3, and 4. This should hopefully give him a little more to do if he gets shuffled out of position.

- Tailwind has been renamed to Warmth. Ponder this as your healer sets himself on fire.

- Run Down has been renamed to Pin Down, but otherwise remains unchanged.

Trinkets

Increased stats on both Common trinkets.

- Miracle Pelvis now grants 20 Move Resistance and 10 ACC.

- Withered Apple grants 10 Dodge and 4% Crit.
This makes both trinkets pretty strong compared to others in their rarity slot, but more often than not you’ll probably ditch them for something more specialized at earliest convenience.

- Skull of Knowledge
- Reduced healing increase to 25% from 33%
- Increased damage maulus to -20% from -15%
- It's still real good.


Known Issues

- Some people have reported crashes on the Nomad Wagon. This -should- be fixed, but if it's not, leave a comment and I'll see if there are any further changes I can make.
- There may be small animation bugs that pop up from time to time. I'll quash them as they show up, but let me know if anything comes up that I might've missed.

Added Localization support for other languages. People playing in languages other than English will no longer see strange string errors, but will still see English names and text. Thank you for your patience!


Known issues
- A handful of attacks and the camping skills are still missing sounds. Not to worry, we're putting together a custom sound bank with all sorts of horse braying and spear stabbing delightfulness. Should be ready as soon!

Removed Crimson Court trinkets and put them into their own mod. The class no longer needs Crimson Court to play!

Known issues:

- Some sounds aren't working properly. Working on resolving this, but might take a little while.
