-[CHANGE] Fen Tools module updated to choice of tools active.
-[FIX] Hidden Enemy trigger only by players of non-civilian side.
-[NEW] UCR Add Civilian Clothes to Object. Allows mission maker to add undercover civilian uniforms to objects e.g. vehicles and crates.
-[NEW] UCR Search Buildings for Civilian Clothes. Allows player to search inside of buildings for undercover civilian uniforms.

Note the UCR modules only work if the mission is running INCONTINENTIA'S UNDERCOVER SIMULATION.
