Added units from C&D's Bithynian Overhaul and Cappadocian Expansion by Cataph. No culture change.

Standard JAUX auxiliary archers are removed (for faction availability, existing units stay in game). With those units the auxiliary building becomes too usefull and other archers become not-needed.
