Increased all AoC unit price by a flat 150 and minor increase in upkeep.
-This change is to reduce low tier unit spam in campaign. Compatible with my other mods.

[AoC Loyalty Overhaul]
- Loyalty is now more important to keep track of. Political actions (eg Secure Loyalty) are cheaper.

[AoC Imperium Threshold Slightly Increased]
-Levels of Imperium were reached a bit too fast in campaign playthroughs.

[AoC Resource Bonus Effects Overhaul]
-Buffs and unique bonus effects for various resources, making these more valuable to acquire.
