Version 0.9

Added in radio effect, tried to get as close to original XCOM voices as I could. There's still a bit of "pop" in some of the original voices I'm unable to replicate... probably something like dynamic loudness or just differing recording setups.

Also it's been brought to my attention that vanilla is still played by people (I assume because Long War) and that this mod isn't compatible with it. Fixing that will hopefully be trivial, but if it isn't it's getting put on the backburner.

Regarding voice preview... well, it's slightly inaccurate now in that the preview doesn't have radio, but honestly I'd rather hold off on cutting together another new one until at least I have Wing Divers to show off.

Includes an EDF Ranger male voice and EDF Squad Leader male voice.

Planned - Wing Diver voice, additional soldiers.
