Updated Karak Azul with miners, retextured artillerymen and Gyrocopter/bomber with metallic theme and hold icon on gyrocopter.

- Updated with Karak Azul.
- Colorscheme is green and white icons. As found in dwarf collection book from 2005.
- Armor mostly metallic and unadorned.
- Hammerers are textured to mirror King Kazador as made by Mixu in his fantastic lords mod.
- To come: Artillery and Warmachines.
