Fixed a skin issue with the arms always being blue - Raven fighters rejoice!

Fixed a bug where the clip would act all wonky when reloading, switching to another weapon before it's done, and then switching back (thanks to Bladiatim, good eye). Adjusted the muzzle, added back sights, and adjusted the sights. The gun as a whole should be a lot easier to aim and accurately shoot. Tweaked the reload animation so the hand presses the drum release.
