Shrouded Cohort:
- renamed to Shrouded Cohort (Skinks)

- changed ai_usage_group to ranged_stalkers_flanker (from ranged)

Red Shields:
- new ability: "Shields Up!": increases missile block chance at the cost of melee defence, vision range and move speed

Yellow Crested Cohort (Skinks):
- added yellow crested kroxigor as officer (400hp)
- upkeep +3
- recrutiment & multiplayer costs +30

Eyes In the Canopy:
- new ability: "Show them the way": move speed & acceleration increased by 30% for 5s

- small changes to some ability descriptions

- changed name of yellow crests to Yellow Crested Cohort (Skinks)
- adjusted upkeep of some units

- melee weapon dmg -1
- melee defence +1
- melee attack -2
