Reduced the armor of the early game units ( Velites, Equites, Arbalest) a little.

Update with a few new stuff and changes:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

- Rebalanced all the units of the Legion to better fit their role and avoid being overpowered. For example: lowered the morale of certain units, adjusted the unit size of others, and added some abilities.

- Minor detail changes for the looks of the units, like more open helmets for mid-tiers and full plate armor for high-tier ones.

- New variant of the Legion helmet, used to for the Cataphracts, the Centurions and the Hoplites.

- Reworked the art for the building chain of the Legions, now you can see it progress with each level. Building descriptions were also changed.

- The building chain of the Legion no longer increase units recruitment EXP, instead it give a special garrison only unit to the settlement.

- Also , if the building chain is damaged you will get a penalty to the public order negative to the original public order boost. Be careful and keep it in good shape.

- New Unit: Hoplites > garrison only unit with heavy armor, high morale, anti-large, and is made to defend a position as long as posible. (Althougth they may be subeject to some more rebalanced in the future).

- Rebalanced the autosolve point of the units.

- Changed the secondary building required to recruit Legionaries and Scutarius from "TEB Smith 2" to "TEB Smith 1".

- Increased Gattling Cannon range, and decreased the crew armor.

- Increased Ironclad's armor a little.

-Rename unit of Auxilia to Velites.

- New Unit: Gatling Cannon (Late game artillery similar to the Hellblaster Cannon).

- Rebalance Ironclad: Now it will do less damage with the close range flamethrower.

- Adjusted the recruitment time of some units to better fit their power.

- And other minor detalis such as grammar errors, and bugs.

Units now available in custom battle again.
Units now receive buffer of technologies and skills.

I rebalanced the Legion because they did not felt as powerful as they are supposed to be, I gave them a little bit more strength than the vanilla units that fit each role. In most cases the power difference is just in armor and leadership, with just a few points of difference in melee atk/def; but since they are more expensive is justifiable.

Furthermore, I added the Legion to the armies of Tobaro, and they are ready to fight for the beautiful Lucrezzia Belladonna and her faction. (The other minor factions of The Southern Realms do not have access to the Legion until a Legendary Lord is added to them).

Changed the mounts of the Equites from armored horses to fast horses. The good thing is that they are now better at skirmishes, but they lost their charge power.

Updated to The Hunter & The Beast DLC, and fixed the headless units.
