- passive dinos kill log fixed (no longer double on server side)
- when logged off, players will no longer be effected by earthquakes
- perma-ring fix when passive dinos are fully protected
- poop now decays properly and aura has been fixed.

- Wild Dino Field - will 'shunt' wild dinos away from your perimeter of the ORPE when the ORPE is activated

This feature was requested strongly due to the fact thanks to new Corrupted Dinos

- S+ guns now work in the radius (may have to pick up and replace certain structures)
- Fix to buffs not despawning of Passive Protection
- added 'failsafe' to Passive Protection (KnockOut) When set, passive dinos will be knocked out instead of dying even if its not fully protected
- Added server-wide debuff to structures (WARNING: requires large resource load as it goes through every structure)
- ORPE radius bubble has been altered for a more clean efficient look
- Improvement on server load when ORPE is being activated/deactivated
- Capital Flag has been renamed to ORPE Terminal
- removed various INI functions for the Passive Protection
- Dropped bags from Passive Protection are now more discreet (they are now poop)
- Fixed Deactivations (server owners: may have to adjust radius if the bubble now no longer overlaps properly)
- ORPE Terminal now properly adjusts health to the desired amount
- If a dino dies when Passive Protection is enabled, a log will display the reason they weren't protected (server side only)
- Various failsafes made to keep the load from being to large on servers if too many ORPE Terminals activated at once.
