Updated to 2.4.1, reverted some balancing options because they did not work as intended. Will have a look in the future again, for now its just 1 or 2 fairly balanced starting planets and those systems get the same ressource treatment as the homesystem + 0.05 habitability option with balanced map type, if you like your galaxy pretty empty

Changed mod to work with new mechanics.

Mod now generates 2 habitable planets for each level of guaranteed worlds
Mod adds starting system ressources to those neighbouring systems
Mod also reduces the amount of habitable planets in the galaxy so everybody has more or less the same stuff. Go kill someone to get more.

Habitable planets now at 0.05
Sadly trappist and ruinous core etc, mess this up often enough...
