Added the "Diet" prefix to Herbivorous, Carnivorous, and Omnivorous traits, and "Research" prefix to Physics, Society, and Engineering traits in the Standard category to better indicate that they are mutually exclusive.

Added new Icons for the above remaining traits, plus all of the remaining Minor traits.

Removed the Food Consumption and Growth Speed standard traits. The Diet traits already served the same purpose, so they ended up just being redundant.

Ship Weapon Type Focus Traits:

- "Balanced" removed.
- Kinetic, Missile, and Energy damage reduced from 20% to 15%. Added a -5% fire rate penalty for their respective opposite weapon types.
- Costs increased from 3 to 4 points.
- Missile renamed to Explosive.

Cosmic Hunters: Bonuses now apply to all spaceborn creatures, guardians, and end game crises.

Reverted trait points and picks to the default values for robots and machines. They will be increased when I get around to adding traits for them.

Bonus trait points for gene modding (i.e. from techs) were not being applied. Renaming the "ut_species_archetypes" file to "00_species_archetypes" fixed the issue.

Add bonus damage to fallen and awakened empires for the Ascendancy ultimate trait.

Forgot to comment out a couple lines which cause some traits to disappear. Whoops!

Added the "modification = no" and "randomized = no" tags to the dummy category traits, made them mutually exclusive to their respective traits, and reduced their cost to 0 points. Having the yellow 0 instead of the red 99 looks better in my opinion, and adding the two flags prevents the AI from choosing them. The mutual exclusion reduces clutter in the trait selection screen (Thanks to AliensFromBeyond for this suggestion!)

Fixed a typo for the Expansion: Starbase Cost trait (Changed the modifier text from "Starbase Cost" to "Starbase Influence Cost")
