Fixes and stuff

Added new fun devices and new items.

New :: Stygian Potion of Forgetness
Fix :: Issue where Lady Elizabeth was linked to no Race template after last Funcom patch .
Fix :: The icon on the Atlantian posion when placed on weapon.
Fix :: The atlantian arrows to work again - they had been broken since the May Funcom patch.
Fix :: The destructable mesh on the Plank wall so that it actually shows plank wall braking and not Stone wall.
Fix :: The mining station to stop correctly when max is reached and upped the max from 50 to 250.
New :: Stacked all gruel types except spoiled gruel.
New :: Stacked a lot of drink types.
Change :: The vendor machines are now always unlocked so you do not need a mod to unkloc them.

Recompiled for the new funcom patch

Fixed problem when stone brick walls turned into wood plank walls.

Added new Spell called Flame Tongue (Rank 1) - Sold in the Thyri faction vendor.
Added new wall type called Plank wall. (Feated recipie)
Added Legendary Hyperborean Slaver Loincloth (obtained via quest)
Added new quest called Joining the Ranks.
Added new game item called Thyri soldier seal.
Updated the quest named In Service of Hathor Ka to take into account the effects of the Thyri soldier seal item.
Nerfed the Atlantian poison a little more and patched it back into the crafter thrall.

Added new skill that can be learned called Pick Pocket.
Added new quest called Skill for Favor.
Added Iron bar Hatch building block that fits in any hatch slot (feated recipe)
Fixed issue where Spells and Milk would get lost when dying on servers that drop loot.
Pathed out the Atlantian Poison from Gabriela the Alhemist for now until we get it balanced (Until then it can only be admin spawned to test)
Nerfed the Atlantian Poison more.
Nerfed the Pirate Sword's stamina drain and instead added reduced stamina cost ability on the sword.
Fixed the Texture on the Mine entrance on the mining crafting station.

Added Heal Rating mechanishm. Armors can now have heal rating stat which further empowers the Life of Set spell.
Added new legendary armor chest called Legendary Kambujan Shaman Chestpiece (has Heal rating on it)
Added 2 new quests (New type of chained quest line that can only be done once per character)

Added new spell called Second Wind that allows the caster to run at insane speed for 15 seconds to escape dangers, then goes on long 5 min cooldown. (The spell is sold in the Thyri Faction vendor)
Thyri Faction Vendor and Hathor Ka faction vendoers now see Corruption brew.
Nerfed the Atlantian Posion (This one was forgotten to be reballanced to fit the new Funcom Combat system from May), so more tuning on this one may possibly be needed.
