All the updated requirements for Round 13

-scaled canisters on the back of the helmet by 30%ish
-redesigned the gorget on the body to better fit around the shoulder area
-reduced the body emissive by 50%
-fixed seams on the back
-fixed the folds around the boobage
- magic space metal straps are now magic space non-metal straps
