No sure if there was ever an issue with the mod descriptor. Fixed it by deleting the launcher-v2.sqlite for the launcher. Mod is now version 2.1 because I added that just in case

Updated to support Stellaris 3.0

*Updated genesis worlds to have districts
*Terraforming to a normal world from genesis now spawns Planetary Features
*Rewrote detection scripting for New Words and Planetary Diversity (but didnt verify that it works with those mods new versions)

-Added a habitability preference trait.
-Fixed hive minds not being able to terraform to all planets
-Removed special project because it made no sense

-Fixed issue where gestalts had access to ascension perk immediately. Now requires Hive World AP or Machine World AP
-Fixed issue where gestalts could terraform from uinihabitable to genesis but not from genesis to habitable
-Refixed issue where planets would have no districts or features
