Now all Gestalt leaders are truly immortal.

Added 11 traits for Gestalts.

Now all psionics and latent psionics can become Gestalt Creatures.

Small changes in trait ,,Pure Energy". Now it is more balanced.

Added a global edict for converting psionics into gestalt creatures after the finishing of the Project Gestalt.

After finishing special project,all hydroponics farms become power plants.
