Minor bug fixes

Update 1.2:
Created New Mark II Carbines "Scar Mk2" & "Mk2 Carbine" (Mk2 carbines are meant to be an upgraded version of the standard carbines I recommend disabling the ones you don't use)
- Fully customizable with new accessories.
Updated UI on several rifles
Added the new ARES SMG created by Aerres
- Uses SMG schematics for upgrades.
Added Grimy's Compatibility (let me know if there are issues with grimys)
Added Higher Tier disabler to config.
- Set bAddHigherTiers to false to disable higher tiers NOTE: You will still be able to build Mag Carbines and Mag Rifle at Magnetic Tier
Updated Schematics they will no longer lose Ui when disabling weapons.
Cosmetic Weapons now have an customizable upgrade slots in the config.
Fixed several minor bugs.

Update 1.1 is here:
I've made multiple changes to some of the weapon models giving a little more variety.
- The Mjolnir HK I've modified to look more like Central Bradford's Rifle. This was the original inteded design and I wanted the Mjolnir Rifle to reflect that.
NOTE: If you liked the old version it is still available as an LMG
- The Shadow Vektor Rifle now has a new Vektor stock by default.
- The Valkyrie Sniper Rifle now upgrades to a different stock making it differ from the Assault rifles.
New Feature Cross Class Weapons
- New ClassData file allows for each class to use additional weapons these can be disabled by adding ";" in front of each line.
New Feature Magnetic Weapon Animations (Only available in Mjolnir, Valkyrie, BR1, Shadow VK, and Thunderer MG Rifles)
- You now have the option to set 'bMagWeaponDamage' & 'bMagWeaponUpgrades' to true. This will add Magnetic upgrades and Magnetic Rifle Animations to weapons.
