  • added an Imperial Incident for the Investiture Controversy (that can happen in the ET ages Feudal Age, High Middle Ages or Late Middle ages)

  • transformed the Proclamation of the Golden Bull to an imperial incident with Emperor enabled (it's still a decision for people without the DLC)

  • added another imperial incident to deal with the slavs (ET only)
    • without DLC you just get the CB as before, with DLC now an imperial incident will happen that allows to choose between unlocking the CB, sending a peaceful request or doing nothing

  • the invite into and ask to join HRE diplomatic actions now have working AI acceptance

  • added a diplomatic action to call for a Reichstag because of unlawful territory
    • the country that lost the province has that action in the diplo tab of the country that conquered it
    • when chosen, the emperor may demand from that country to give it back (basically the same effects as the normal demand of unlawful territory), make him the rightful owner (previous owner loses the core) or ignore it (emperor loses prestige)
      • all options change opinions of at least one country, the first and second option change imperial authority too

  • changed the way how the Holy Roman King can be crowned
    • there now is a decision to let the king travel to Rome, he can die (chance for dying is higher before 1300) and the pope can refuse the coronation (if the emperor doesn't have enough inlfuence on the curia)
      • it is considered to have enough influence on the curia if one of those is true:
        • the Papal State exists and the pope was appointed by the emperor
        • the Papal State exists and its opinion of the emperor is at least 75
        • the Papal State does not exist, the emperor is curia controller and has either at least 25 papal authority or invested at least 25 papal authority
        • the Papal State does not exist, the emperor is not curia controller and the curia controller's opinion of the emperor is at least 50
