The version I uploaded had a comment
-- C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid\media\scripts\vehicles\burntvehicles.txt
at the beginning of the moveable wrecks file.

Removed the comment and wreck weight is being calculated at 500.

Looks like client restart is needed for the mod to be resynced.
