  • Removed the error check for "Building Here Would Block Your Spawnpoint" for both foundation/wall types and item types.

  • This feature change will allow you to place more items near beds and on beds now. There is still a "ground" issue with beds for smaller items being placed on beds, but it is what it is until I can update the collisions on items.

  • This also will help fix unique situations where other mods broke building areas with bad/broken/outdated bed collisions with custom beds. One very good and popular mod had such an instance of this recently. Once you placed a custom bed from the mod, you could no longer build anything in the immediate area as the bed collisions would blanket an entire base and claim it would block your spawn point. And this never goes away, your base becomes a permanent Chernobyl. This error removal allows you the freedom to once again build in that area.

  • Testing results shows that you should still be able to spawn in your beds when you die, even if items that normally couldn't be placed near or on a bed are there. I do want to issue a fair warning though that it is impossible for me test every scenario, so I cannot say for certain this will be the case in every instance. It should be okay though.

  • Rebuilt mod using the latest dev kit. Probably doesn't make any difference, but more of just in case then anything else.

  • New Dev Kit still not out, probably not until tomorrow at the earliest. I'll rebuild with the newest dev kit just for funsies once its out.

  • Able to build shrines/religious buildings near each other now without having a minimum distance

  • Now able to put Thralls into NPC Camps and Caves. Here is the deal on this though. It's not perfect, you can do it, but requres an extra step whenever you first come in.

HERE IS WHAT YOU DO

  1. When you have a Thrall, wether they are in place or in your inventory, when you try to move or place the Thrall in an NPC Camp or Cave you will get either an error or no message at all and the Thrall won't place (this is when you first log in).

  2. What you do is you place or move a Thrall, ANY Thrall, in a location that would normally let you be able to build and place thralls.

  3. Once you do that ONE time (may have to do twice, once for in-inventory Thralls, and another for on terrain Thralls), you can then place ANY Thrall, inventory or existing, around your Cave or NPC Base.

  4. This will work up until you logout and come back in. When you login again, you will have to repeat the process.

  • No, still not compatibility update. Trust me, I hate this thing.

  • Updated in-game mod title to match that of the one on the workshop.

  • Can now put walls onto foundation faces again (Funcom removed. I put back). Yay to making things look consistent! This also has the added bonus of less overlapping events when trying to place objects onto the surface of wall types (such as small objects placed on surface of fences.)

  • Based on a user's request, I disabled overlap errors for captured Thralls. This makes it so you can place them closer to different building and item types for defense or visual effect. Also makes it so you can put Thralls almost entirely on top of each other, but eh, freedom. (Though I didn't test this out super duper thoroughly. Please report back any weird behaviors.)

  • No, this isn't the (insert every swear word on the planet) compatibility update I've been working on. Coding and blueprints are not my forte, so sue me. I got sick of it, so I wanted to test a feature request instead.

  • Now able to put furniture types closer together without having to worry about overlapping. Certain tables that were being dumb can now be best friends, chairs can be *gasp* pushed under a table now, and a whole bunch of stuff that wouldn't let you overlap before.

    Note: This currently only applys to ground based items. Vertical type items such as banners will get a look soon.

  • Bonus, changing the overlap error means shrines are easier to build on various surfaces. And by easier, I mean, maybe too easy. Hey, freedom and all that, right?
