V 1.5: Added Aperture Science Quantum Uncertainty Modulator Device. It's an admin-only gun that does lots of random stuff. Idea from FM-96
I'm sorry about the Gauss Cannon not working. I've been working on it and I'm not quite sure how to fix it yet.
