Added items from Genesis 2 to loot lists.

-removed chance of getting a rocket launcher blueprint from a list since quality doesn't matter.

-Restructured Tek drops. Most cave crates have a chance to drop a basic set of Tek structures similar to stone and metal sets you find in beacons.

-Ocean beacons and tier 3 ocean cave crates have a chance to drop a set of underwater base parts (with a low chance to include a generator).

-Tier 4 cave crates and level 80 Aberrant surface beacons have a chance to drop 1 Tek utility structure (generator, shield, replicator,...).

-Low level beacons that exclusively spawned cloth armor sets now spawn a mix of cloth and leather parts.

-Slightly lowered the chance for beacons to spawn armor sets in general.

-Added a new loot list with a very rare chance to drop in some double beacons. Includes items like stacks of high end kibble, a high quality mining drill, motorboat and the hover skiff.

-added dino leash, cryofridge and salt storage vessel to some lists as I had not included them.

-Increased Ammo counts and likelihood of finding ammo in crates.

-Integrated Extinction and Genesis 1 items into loot tables.

-Rebalanced most loot tables and replaced a few as needed.

-Weight changes to loot tables to encourage common/useful items to spawn more often and add new items with a rare chance to spawn.

-Armor drops rebalanced for more variety.

-Saddle drops rebalanced for more variety and control.

-Extinction cave crates have a loot table that drops deployable Meks, deployable Enforcers and all Mek mods/ammo except MOMI.

-Island Cave Notes now have artifact cave entrance locations listed for all official free maps up to Crystal Isles.

-Removed a few less appealing items or item lists from drops.
-Added about a 2% chance of armor to be blueprints (20% for saddles).
-Greatly increased the range of item/blueprint quality. Much better chances to find high quality items/BPs.
-Increased the number of possible lists to spawn per crate/supply drop (more stuff).
-Higher chance to get good saddles overall.
-Larger item stacks for food and ammo.

Final update until Extinction DLC. Further tweaked item pools, so there should be more stuff per beacon.

Improved several loot pools. Increased quantities in several areas to be less lame. Hopefully diversified armor in beacons more. You should find not-lame quantities of ammo now. same for resources in cave crates.

Out of beta release:
-Fixed a loot table that was dropping 10 smithing tables at a time instead of 1.
-Made some adjustments to armor drops (a slight general reduction to number of pieces in a set that can drop per beacon)
-A slight tweak to beacons to increase chances of higher quality equipment.
