Altered AI logic a bit more: they shouldn't dash move out of cover without meleeing something anymore.

Re-upload: this version has working minors on my computer and was built on its own, so I'm not sure what else I can do here.

Altered AI so they take far less double moves.

This version had working enemies when I tested it, so this should work.
