Weapons
+ Elixirs, throwable flasks that apply status effects. They are craftable in a new tab in the Apothecary and Medical Station.

Items
+ More stims as counterparts to the new buff status effect elixirs.

Status Effects
+ Added two new status effects, Bonus Defense and Heavy. Bonus Defense gives the player more defense temporarily and Heavy makes the player (or target) heavier which decreases their jump height greatly.
+ Made the Bouncy status effect obtainable again.

Bug Fixes & Changes
+ Gave the Protectorate Pistol beam an impact sound.
+ Changed the protectorate.json.patch file further which might improve compatibility a bit more.
+ Made tabs added by this mod work in a new way, they don't change the base gui sprite of the station they're added to so this makes them compatible with any gui sprite changing mods.
+ Made the orange stim pack obtainable, it also has a slightly different recipe.

Renamed the mod from Starbound Overhaul to Starbound: Universal Expansion as it is a title that makes more sense with the plan for this mod.

Tools
+ Swinging Vine, a grappling hook that can be found as loot in wilderness biomes.
+ Slime Hook, a grappling hook that can be found as loot in slime biomes.
+ Ice Axe, a grappling device that can be found as loot in alpine biomes.

Weapons
+ Tiered weapons of every type for every ore tier.
+ Unique abilities for new tiered class weapons.
+ The Damaged Sidearm and Protectorate Sidearm. Inspired by an idea by Armok and some sprites by Jeff. Base code provided by Armok, parts of the beam lua taken with permission from Nebby's quantum laser cannon.

Tools
+ The Translocator, the teleportation device that existed in the game files now has a recipe.
+ The Chainsaw, given a recipe and patched a bit to look nicer when used.
+ The Parasol, now obtainable as chest loot from the Spring minibiome.
+ Stone Pickaxe, a low tier craftable pickaxe.
+ Tiered Axes (including the Stone Axe), a new tool type that are proficient in chopping down trees.

Shields
+ Tiered shields.
+ The Riot Shield, Frost Shield, and Floran Shield are obtainable as loot in various ways.

Ores
+ Removed fuels, like Plutonium and Uranium; they've also been slightly balanced so they aren't overpowered compared to Erchius. They also have use in the tiered magic weapon recipes. Their respective ore samples have also been made obtainable.

Food
+ Removed foods, all of them are back and patched into the food collection.

Crafting Features
+ A second side tab system in the anvil for each ore tier for better organization of all the new tiered weapons.

Items
+ Removed medicines, such as the Shroom Remedy, Grass Remedy, Synthesis Stim, and Fungus Stim. They can be found in wilderness and mushroom biomes respectively as would be expected by name. Picking them up can allow you to learn how to craft them.

Outpost Features
+ An outpost vending machine with some snacks.

Objects
+ The Protectorate Flyer from the intro can now be placed into the world.

NPCs
+ Myself, who provides an important (but not really) task for the player.
