- Fixed bug with the salt timer appearing every 0.1 second

- Added new speed timer that shows how fast the death timer runs out (Thanks, Zarklord).
- New salt timer will automaticly show you when the salt is ready.
- Fixed bug with the game starting in survival mode and debug keys bug.
