NEW UPDATE
• As requested, when the Deadly Alliances mod is enabled, the AI will receive economic relief. I've set it so the main factions *currently existing* armies receive a blanket 70% upkeep reduction for the first 10 turns of a campaign. If the armies are destroyed or the turns run out, the buff is gone.
• Garrisons are healed after the initial mass confederation, so you don't get bullcharged with a depleted garrison.
• Eltharion's hero Cavill has gained special status as an "honorary" legendary hero and is transfered to you in the default mode.
• There's now a scripted immortality applier for TK/Vcoast lords in the event the respec mod strips them of it.
• Slight tweaks to the language in the MCT menu.

** ON/OFF button in MCT tool to enable/disable mod
* Vampire Coast Confederations are now supported
* New Mixxu Factions added to the compatibility list, Caledor/Imrik has been removed since it has gotten an official replacement
