Patch v.3.0.16

Removed "production_time_over" which hopefully correct any inconsistency
Adjusted ore drop weights yet again, to hopefully make common items MORE common, and the rare/legendary items more RARE
Some factories have had there production time adjusted

Changed Salvager times again and drops
Returned the Crafting Tables UI icons and locations back:-
* Miners

* Resource Collectors
* Pumps
* Cultivators
* Specials

Returned the Echius Driller back to Miners 2

Re-balanced the Salvager factories again
timer of dropped items is now 300 seconds (5 minutes) from 90 seconds

BK3000 has updated the code which should help with "On ship" and Station" resource generation, plus a Cycle cap system which is being tested

Moved the Erchius Driller back to tab one, and made room for tab two as a special slot for other mod content, such as the Elithian Add-on mod for Idle Factories, which the Avikan, Alliance and Trinkian cache builders occupy

Change Notes for: v3.0.11

Redone player.config.patch to remove all items from the blueprint list, leaving Diamontine craftable
Distributed all unlockables amongs the Gems accordingly, this allows you to unlock each tier at a decent pace
Changed some Gem recipes around slightly
Removed price of gems to 0, but moved refinery pixal value down by a decimal (example, Diamontine was 600, now its only 60 from refineries)
all Investment centers have had its recipe changed drastically, allowing Investment Center Mk.I to be made early
Added a new Factory cultivator: Cotton
Added weight value "Plant Fibre" to all Cultivators

Removed many recipes requiring previous tiered factories.
Increased recipe values and qualities.
Changed the ore drop weights again, hopefully to where I want it.
Reverted back to ore only factory, this mean a Titanium factory will only collect Titanium ore along with the global drops (Copper, Silver, Gold, Core Fragments, Diamonds), this also means its a good idea to keep the lesser tiers.
Reverted the recipe pixel amount to Investments centers from 5K, 10K and 25K, to 10K, 25K and 50K.
Pumps recipes have changed slightly, and no longer require previous pumps as recipes.
Lunar Driller is now more expensive.
Component Factory no longer requires the OMSS as its recipe.
