Refcards updated as well. Accidentally have two copies of Tournelouse on the refcard, oops. Will fix that next update (which will probably be after someone makes proper refcards for SF).

Updated to adjust the Chess Clocks timers to 15m per player (30m total). Grace time remains 2m.

Timer start "billboard" changed to "AFTER both players mulligan".

Mei Lien removed from the hidden selection zones, since she's banned from the weeklies again. And there was much rejoicing.
