No delay on CCA logic to convert Piranhas, trying to beat BD logic to the punch. Added default buff and CCA add buff to try and enable gender on BD piranhas, thereby preserving that info in dino data.

Piranhas are invisible upon server restart with BD installed.. appears to correct itself after walking out of render distance and back in. So far it's the best solution to prevent BD from taking all my piranhas :/

Timed replacements logic added to remap, moved all logic to server start exec
