Balance changes:

- Wraith base speed reduced from 7/7/8/8/9 to 5/5/6/6/7.


Trinkets:
- Intangible Blade random target attacking removed due to not functioning properly.
- Intangible Blade now provides a 25% maximum health buff.
- Intangible Blade now provides a 20% stress resistance buff.


Note:
Another speed nerf for good reason, I want to encourage the use of scattering dread before the harvest, having such high speed meant wraith went first and could always annihilate entire enemy team initative with Soul Harvest. Now you have to use scattering dread to be faster next round.

Balance changes:

Base speed reduced from 9/9/10/10/11 to 7/7/8/8/9.
Scattering Dread speed buff reduced from 4/5/6/7/8 to 2/3/4/5/6.


Note:
Main reason for this change is that the Harvest now slows or takes away initative from the entire team. So this way your turn will be somewhere in the middle and you will normally remove initative from 1 or 2 enemies in best cases 3 and 4. Should be good now.

Soul Harvest initiative depletion now targets all enemies.


Note:
I believe that compared to evisceration with the damage taken I wanted harvest to be more competitive so I made the initiative depletion hit all enemies. So you essentially buy yourself a round to do whatever. That seems competitive to the Reaping Evisceration.

Balance changes:

- Soul Harvest damage modifier changed from -10/-5/0/5/10% to 0/5/10/15/20%.
- Soul Harvest no longer debuffs maximum health.
- Soul Harvest now depletes enemy initiative.
- Scattering Dread now also buffs speed by 4/5/6/7/8.


Note:
Maximum Health debuff caused way too many issues with bosses, it would break them completely so I needed a nice alternative. I thought of a very unique and different initiative depletion, which can be achieved with the help of scattering dread. So scattering dread buffs your speed so you are almost guaranteed to go first next round and then you stealth and/or harvest which removes all initiative from the target for the current round, which can be super useful against bosses and quite useful against regular foes as well. I also increased the damage of harvest to compensate for the debuff loss.
