Marks are now standarised as 'Cthulhu's Mark'. It appears at the same rate as any negative quirk and is no longer locked.

It is now much easier (and more exciting) to get the Mark and Brands to line up.

As a result, Brands are made rarer, and the penalty on Cthulhu's Mark has been increased.
