Published v.19

-Deleted some extra Adrenaline Rush skills from an experimental build of the mod which shouldn't exist anymore, but did.

-Adrenaline Rush's proc rate now scales with the scroll level.

-Skulls of Kurandir all had the same stat in spite of having different names. This has been corrected.

-Corrected the name of Dextrous Skull of Lovantine to Agile Skull of Lovantine. The item itself has been unchanged.

-Corrected several spells and tomes which had incorrect stats or level requirements.

-Retribution now has a flat damage reflection portion and a missile reflect chance.

-Fireball, Frost, and Roller now do 4 times as much damage. Yes, this is a massive buff. But I want spells buffed to the point of actually being useful so that it's actually possible to consider taking them over your usual "mandatory" passive tomes.

-Summoned Archers, Skeletons and Imps can now critically strike and their chance scales with the summoned level at half the rate of the Flaming Sword, which was previously the only summon that could crit.

Published v.18

For some reason respec potions kept spawning on the ground and not on the merchants. This should hopefully be fixed now.

Update: 11 May, 2020 @ 9:30pm

Published v.17

-Moved respec and restat potions to the general merchant in order to solve the ground clutter problem. However, supplies are still not unlimited. Note the method I used to get them to spawn ONLY on merchants involved moving all the potions to an empty unit type (BOSSMAP) and adding a spawnclass choice of this unit type. On the off chance this causes weird compatibility bugs with another mod, well... this is why. I would've made a custom unit type instead, but GUTS doesn't allow for this.

-Increased spawning weight of Borris the Stout from 30 to 90, since he's the enchanter you want most of the time anyway. This does have the side effect of technically making everyone else more rare, but I don't see that as much of a problem compared to how much of a bitch this guy is to find in vanilla. The dude has finally gotten some advertising and some analytics and is now better at reaching his very desperate customers.

Published v.16

-Fixed some units which had duplicate names.

-Added Potions of Sacrifice Stat. These will spawn in more powerful varieties at levels 1, 25, 50, and 75 and can be used to respec your stat points. I figured if I'm going to add Potion of Respec as a random drop then I may as well do the same for restat potions, as there's little point in respeccing if you can't also adjust your stats accordingly. This of course comes at the cost of all these potions just being clutter on the floor if you already use a better respec mod (I recommend Ultimate Respec Lite if you don't want to grind for respecs) in conjunction with this mod, but as a consolation prize, they're worth an okay amount of gold particularly at the higher tiers. Also consider this offers you a respec-on-the-go option which town vendor-based mods do not, so they may be worth holding onto anyway.

I normally play with Ultimate Respec Lite myself, but while giving this mod additional playtesting I was playing it on its own and was reminded just how annoying the game is to play without at least some ability to respec, and I want this mod to be good enough to be a standalone mod, so I thought I would support the option in-mod, especially since Synergies also has limited built-in respeccing.

Published v.15

-Fixed some spelling errors.

-Fixed some scrolls and tomes still not going up to level 7.

-Adrenaline Rush now has a fourth level, dropping at level 100 like the level 7 scrolls.

Published v.14

Toned down champion health regen a bit. It was still healing bosses way too much.

Update: 6 May, 2020 @ 12:25pm

Published v.13

Further modifying how the HP regen championaffix works, hopefully it scales with the monster's level properly.

Update: 5 May, 2020 @ 11:20pm

Published v.12

Increased spawn value for Potion of Respec to 1, up from 0. This makes them quite rare, but at least they actually exist. They should drop from the same all of the same places that normally give potions, being part of the same item class.

There are plenty of mods that give you respecs essentially for free and can be used on top of this one but I also wanted them to be a thing without *needing* to use other mods, so I thought I would take the more conservative approach. Use your respecs wisely! ;)

Published v.11

Finally fixed old issue with ridiculous 2% HP regen mod on certain monsters and replaced it with a new method. These monsters will now regen health at a more sane rate of 220% of their level. I will be playtesting shortly to make sure this fix is actually working as intended but for now I wanted to just push the update out.
