- Removed "Base-item" style design from bait and gave them each full properties of their own. Bait beyond the lowest level were not dropping. Should work OK now.

- Reverted the bait items to non-potion status and added them to the preexisting Potion Spawnclass. Bait should continue to drop whenever the Potion Spawnclass is referenced at a weight scale of 10 Potions to 1 Bait.
