We noticed with Tadwei that Monks kept carrying people around when they were hurt.
Now it should be fixed as I introduced new AI to the monks.

New update:
*Added Monk sandals with black sockets aka Monk Waraji (Black).
*Now Monk Grand Elders will spawn with the Black version of Monk Waraji.
*Now you can Craft Monk Waraji (Black) learning Monk Clothing II. Same stats as the common Waraji.
*Tweaked the AI Package of Monk Tower residents to be more friendly and made small adjustments.
