Potential fix for Disappearing Reload.
Rapid Fire, Chain Shot and Banish will not benefit from robojumper's sequential shot patcher anymore by default, as that apparently was causing softlocks for some people.

Fixed a bug that would sometimes prevent Limit Break from restoring health to the soldier.
Also made sure that Limit Break starts tracking damage taken only after it was activated. Previously it could (maybe?) keep tracking damage between missions.

Fixed certain visualization issues related to dual attacks. Huge thanks to Mr. Nice for this, he did it of his own accord.

Making Dual Shot able to properly benefit from the Headshot mechanic against the Lost proved to be difficult, so as a bandait fix, I made Dual Shot unable to target Lost at all, and added a Dual Headshot ability. It works very similar to Dual Shot itself, except both pistol shots share the same aim roll.

Added Russian localization by XCOMrades.

Bugfix: Limit Break will now soak damage only after it was actually activated, and not at all times.

Dirty Kick should no longer be usable while disoriented or stunned.
Unload was too powerful and received a nerf. It now has a 20 aim penalty and cannot crit. Cooldown increased from 3 to 4 turns. Aim penalty and cooldown, as well as action point cost, are configurable through .ini.

Added FX sparks to Spinning Reload. Accidentally deleated them before release.

Spinning Reload, Limit Break, Dirty Kick and Gun Kata are now cross-class-compatible perks, available to non-Akimbo classes through Training Center. This can be changed in Config.

Trick Shot now benefits from pistols' range bonuses.

Limit Break now uses Templar Focus UI to track the amount of used actions. Yellow means Limit Break is active. Orange means your next action will damage you. Red means next action will damage you and will have a chance to knock you unconscious.

Spinning Reload now grants two Overwatch Action Points to Akimbo, but it cannot be activated at full ammo.

Made a lot of internal changes to make mentioned perks compatible with other classes, as well as to make Akimbo itself to be compatible with RPG Overhaul. Overwatch Pacer was specifically redesigned.
